Commercial Contractor, no single residence work, seeks the following:
We have proven methods to our bidding and project execution to help the right
candidate succeed. Duties to include, but not limited to: project coordination,
managing budgets, maintaining schedules, managing communications between
the field foremen, engineers, and owners, writing RFI's, generating change orders,
selecting and overseeing subcontractors (we self-perform our seismic work, but
occasionally use sub-contractors for other trades), estimating and material take-offs,
ordering materials, keeping production schedules on track, and overseeing jobsite
safety procedures. Candidate is expected to learn our trade from top to bottom to
maximize effectiveness.
This is not an entry level position. Experience is a must. Seismic experience preferred,
although we will consider any general construction experience. Successful candidate
will be looking for a long-term commitment, have great project coordination, computer,
and human relation skills, integrity, and an inner drive. Candidate must be willing to
learn our methods and follow without waiver. Bring us your best skills, combine them
with our methods, and be prepared to succeed.
